SCHEDULE: 11 a.m.: Crowd assembles and buses arrive
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Rally
1 p.m.–4 p.m.: Lobby visits and town hall meetings
4:30 p.m.–5:30 p.m.: Debrief and report back
6 p.m.: Buses depart
